Grade Haus provides information and tools for tracking Pokémon TCG cards. Nothing on Grade Haus constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Investment scores, AI recommendations, price trends, and any other data or analysis are for informational purposes only. Past price performance does not guarantee future results. You make your own decisions, and Grade Haus is not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made using our data or tools.
1. Acceptable use
Grade Haus is for personal use. Commercial scraping of Grade Haus data, reselling our data, or using our API to power a competing product is prohibited. You may not create fake accounts, manipulate pricing data, or abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; annual plans keep their rate for the plan year.
3. Your data
You own the portfolio data you enter. We do not claim rights to it, and you can export it at any time. Card names, images and set data are the intellectual property of The Pokémon Company; price data is aggregated from public market sources. We present this data but do not own it.
4. Limitation of liability
Grade Haus is provided "as is," without warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for inaccurate pricing data, API outages, incorrect AI responses, or any investment losses.
5. Intellectual property
The Grade Haus platform, branding and original code are owned by Grade Haus. Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and related trademarks are owned by The Pokémon Company. Grade Haus is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Disputes are resolved in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
